William Lock ChairmanBill has over 25 years experience in helping businesses determine and execute strategic initiatives in a variety of organisations across the Technology, Financial and Consulting sectors, in the UK and US. Bill was named Chairman in 2007, and has served as a director since 2006.
Justin Abbott Chalew CTOJustin has a background in technology management and execution at both start-ups and larger, traditional businesses in the UK and USA. He is focused on innovative new solutions such as e-Funding, as well as existing product growth and implementation across the UK, USA, Australia, South Africa, Serbia, and the rest of Europe.
Nick Stainthorpe Non-Executive DirectorNick joined the business as a Non-Executive. He is currently a Partner in the law firm Reed Smith, with a particular specialism in Receivables Finance, and participates in Receivable/ Alternative Finance Industry events. He brings with him a wealth of experience and industry contacts.
David Elliott Executive VP FinanceDavid has been with Elcom since late 2006 and overseen a number of growth and transformation “Fin-tech” programmes. He previously ran an Investment Fund for VW Group, specialising in direct investments and lending to automotive businesses, and also held a variety of Trade Credit and Finance roles within the Financial Services Sector in the UK.
Tony Pinn Director, e-FundingBefore joining ELCOM, Tony spent 20 years working primarily in business development for a number of UK and US banking groups. He formerly headed Barclays’ Supply Chain Finance product group before leaving in 2008 to undertake short-term assignments advising commercial finance businesses on product development and go-to-market strategies. Most recently, he was Group Managing Director for a privately owned investment group, where he focused on Risk, Finance and core Operations.
Carol Martin Independent Non-Executive DirectorCarol is a corporate and commercial English solicitor, with 27 years’ experience in private practice in London City-based and US firms. She also chairs ELCOM’s Audit and Compensation Committees.
