As I am sure you know, the situation with the spread of coronavirus (Covid-19) has changed quite significantly and very rapidly around the world.

At Elcom we have been implementing measures to avoid the spread of the virus already for several weeks and we have educated our employees of the appropriate personal and community hygiene measures.

We take our responsibilities to our clients, staff and communities very seriously this is why our first and foremost concern is to ensure the safety of all of our staff, the staff of our customers and partners and of course everyone’s families. As a responsible and caring company, it is our duty to do our part to stop the spread of this virus.

On Monday 16th March 2020, in response to the latest World Health Organization and Regional Healthcare provider guidelines, we shifted to a work-from-home strategy across our offices globally. As a software company, a significant portion of our workforce already works remotely, including many of the individuals that support your needs every day, so we are more than confident business will continue without disruption.

We have also asked our employees to limit all travel.  We will avoid in-person meetings and instead use virtual meetings. We will still be available to meet with you via Google Hangouts and other online meeting tools.

We are continuously assessing our subcontractors’ preparation and business continuity plans in order to remove risks on continued services. We are also continually developing our contingency plans together with our partners to ensure delivery of our products and services will continue without interruption.

I assure you that should you need us we will be available.  Our Customer Service and Account Management Teams can be contacted in the normal way and are available to assist you as needed.
