Other eGateway Features

Important purchase orders and other documents are batched to eGateway Hub once finalised and approved in an external system. Orders can then be transmitted to suppliers in multiple formats.

  • Important Shipping and receipt processing: Order acknowledgement and advanced shipping notices are sent for posting to the eGateway Hub or delivery to an external system/user, The receiver enters a receipt into an external system and batches to the eGateway Hub.

  • eSettlement and matching offer Document Reconciliation and integration with eProcurement and/or ERP systems.

  • Import invoices transactions to eGateway in standard or custom formats.

  • eDelivery Hubs offer Buyer and Supplier document exchange through PEPPOL Access Point for EU format or email or cXML Access Point.
