Senior and Graduate eProcurement Consultant
Location: USA, UK and Europe
As an eProcurement Consultant, you will lead and support client projects, translating business requirements into tangible delivery solutions. You will create functional solution specifications and deliver effective implementation while ensuring rollout maximises value from the solution. In addition, you will identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the client delivery organisation. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is critical. Extensive travel will be required as part of the role.
Application Support Technician
Location: UK (Home-based initially)
As a result of continued development and expansion, Elcom is looking to appoint an Application Support specialist
Monitoring and Support of the software, with timely identification and resolution or escalation of any issues
Timely and efficient processing of production schedules on all systems
Escalation of any processing issues Monitoring of backups during execution for completion
Execution of prescribed corrective actions
Working closely with remote support resources to identify issues and gather information
Logging of all help desk calls providing detailed information and troubleshoot steps
Support Consultant – Client Services
The position is charged with building strong relationships with customers through interactions and communications related to troubleshooting incidents and requests for Elcom solutions raised by customers, to ensure Service Level Agreements are met.
The right resource for this role will need to be a motivated self-starter and have the ability to plan and direct activities under limited to moderate management supervision.
The position requires the ability to learn and acquire expertise on the many applications and solutions offered by Elcom – often requiring self-training and teaching.
The position requires an understanding of process engineering, technical and operational experience as many of the incidents and requests raised require reviews of business processes.
It is anticipated that this role will have a willingness and eagerness to progress their career within Elcom towards implementation and customer training.
